Week 9 Weight Loss
Week 9 and I'm down another -2.6lbs for a total of -22.6lbs total. I'm 7lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight now! Whoot!! My clothes are definitely getting looser! I have set a goal for myself and I have about 35.4 pounds to go to get there and my goal is to get there by January 1st! That means I have to behave through the holidays. I have a little more than 17 weeks to accomplish this goal! If I can average about -2.1 pounds a week I'll reach it! Wish me luck! I'm ready to be there!!!

Week 8 Weight Loss
Week 8 and I kicked butt. Despite hurting my back, I still rode the stationary bike daily for 60 minutes and ate around 1200 calories. I was committed and it paid off! I lost -3.8lbs this week! I'm back down the lowest I was after I had Fiona! YAY!!! So proud of myself! Only 9 more pounds to get to my prepregnancy weight! = ] I've lost a total of -20lbs altogether and -18lbs since I started the 6 week challenge. We find out the results today. Even if I don't place, I'm still VERY proud of myself! I can't wait to see where I am a year from now! Onto the next 6 week challenge! = ]

Week 7 Weight Loss
Week 7 was a loss of -1.0 lbs. Not what I had hoped for, but a loss is a loss, right? Last week was such a big loss I guess it was a tad disappointing! I've lost a total of -16.2 lbs and -14.2 since starting the challenge I'm in. Only one more week left in the challenge. Last week I was in 2nd place, but the first place girl dropped out. Fingers crossed I can win this! I have to be on my very best behavior this week! The girl in 2nd place was right behind me.

Week 6 Weight Loss
Week 6 went really well. During my weight loss journey I've been adding weight watcher points and using the myfitnesspal app on my phone counting calories. I decided Tuesday that I'm just going to use myfitnesspal instead of doing both. I love how all I do it put in what I eat and it adds it up for me on myfitnesspal. I rode the stationary bike 6 days this week for 60 minutes. I love how I feel after I complete it. I've already noticed clothes getting looser on me as well. I still have a long way to go but I can't wait to see where this journey leads me, I'm so proud of my self! This week I lost -3.2 lbs! A total of -15.2 lbs since starting this journey and -13.2 since 4 weeks ago starting the challenge! I'm hoping to go back to work next week almost down -20! Wish me luck! Onto week 7! = ]

Week 5 on Weight Watchers
It's been 5 weeks in and I'm feeling so much better already! I can't wait to hit my first goal of getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight! This week I lost -1.8lbs for a total of -12lbs and -10lbs since I started the weight loss competition I'm in. So only 17.8lbs to I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight! I've been working out for 60 minutes 5 days a week on the stationary bike. I watch the Olympics and go to town. It has really helped me since I started working out. I'm excited! I go back to work in 2 weeks and I'd love to go back down -15lbs! Fingers crossed!
