Week 3 on Weight Watchers

This week was much better than last week. I lost the weight I gained and more for a total of -3.2lbs for the week. I've lost a total of -8.8 pounds in 3 weeks! My goal for January was to lose 8lbs! I'm happy with my progress so far!

Week 2 on Weight Watchers

I moved my weigh in date from Tuesdays to Thursdays since I like to use flex points on the weekend. This week I didnt lose, I actually gained +1.4 lbs. Not sure what went wrong cause I never went over my flex points. Hopefully I'll lose this week. I did weigh myself this morning and I was back to last weeks weigh in weight. On to week 3!

Week 1 on Weight Watchers

So week 1 on weight watchers went really well. I lost a whopping 7 pounds this first week! I can't even believe it myself but I did! = ] I'm only 5 pounds away from the lowest weight I was after giving birth! and 15 away from my pre pregnancy weight! Go me!!

Also, this past week John ended up having his appendix removed. It hadn't burst but was infected and enlarged. We're happy that we caught it in time and he's recovering from his surgery. It's been very hard not having family around to help and taking care of 3 people all by myself.

Weight Loss Journey

So back in 2010 before I conceived Miss Fiona, I lost 35 pounds. During my pregnancy I gained about 45 pounds. I lost all but 9 pounds, but I've gained 12 back during the holidays and since I stopped nursing. So today I'm back on the wagon of doing WW. This isn't a New Years resolution, lit's a lifestyle change. I will track my journey here, like I did before. My goal is to lose 50 pounds before returning to work next August! Check back weekly to see my progress!
