Change is Good!

Last school year was a year from Hell. My administrator was the hardest person I have ever worked for in my life. You never knew if you could approach her and not get lashed out at. This made things as work stressful and it also made it hard to get up in the morning and go.

This year, total opposite of last year! Our new administrator is AWESOME! He makes everyone feel positive. I love it! I dont feel like I'm going to get in trouble for the littlest things like last year. Were treated like professionals! Don't have to turn lesson plans in and we dont have to have our report cards turned in to be signed. It's good to be at a school where positive vibes are all around!

Week Six on Weight Watchers

Well, this week is a whopping -0.4 weight loss. I was down over a pound this weekend, but Aunt Flow made her appearance on Tuesday. So hopefully next week will be a bigger loss. I'm trying to take Gavin for walks in the evening while this cooler weather is here. Can't wait for fall weather!

Week Five on Weight Watchers

I can't believe that I have been on WW for 5 weeks now. I'm so happy with my determination. This week we went out with some friends and I has 2 Michelob Ultras. I didn't want to ruin all I've done. I guess if I go off for a couple of days it'll be because I'm traveling, but I'm still going to always try to make the best choices when I'm not home. This weeks weight loss is -2.4 pounds bring the total loss to -15.6 pounds! Only 3.4 pounds till my first goal of 20. I also can fit into some pants that I wore before I was pregnant that I havent been able to fit into since having Gavin. That makes me very excited!! I can't wait until those pants dont fit me at all!!

Week Four on Weight Watchers (Update)

Well, this week I didn't lose anything. I actually gained +1.2 pounds. I started doing my Wii Active and it incorporates some resistance workouts as well as cardio. I ate the same and never went over my flex points, so I'm hoping it's because I gained some muscle. Hopefully next week will be better! *sigh*

**UPDATE** Thursday, Aug 12
After talking with my sister who lost 78 pounds on WW in 8 months, I've decided to do my weigh ins on Wednesdays. Since I like to use my points on the weekend, when I weigh in on Wednesday, any weight or water retention should be gone by then. With that said, when I weighed myself on Wednesday, I was back down and -1.6 pounds lighter than week 3. So I'm counting this weeks weight loss as -1.6 pounds. This brings my total weight loss to -13.2 pounds and only 6.8 more pounds to reaching my first goal of losing 20 pounds! Also, I've had some issues with my Wii Active. First my right knee kept hurting when I would do squats, but I corrected my posture and that stopped. But the other night My left top thigh started hurting. John said I probably pulled a muscle. I'm going to stop it for a bit and let my thigh feel better. Not sure how I did that.

Week Three on Weight Watchers

Week three on WW has come to a close and I have lost another -3.8 pounds! That's almost 4 pounds folks! It brings my overall weight loss to -11.6 pounds! I can't believe that I've almost lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks! I thought I'd lose like 8 pounds for the first month! I'm so excited cause I still have another week left for the first month! I'm hoping to be down 20 pounds by the time I return to work on August 19th! We'll see how that goes. On to week 4...time to keep pushing!! = ]
