On May 28th, 2009 the most amazing thing in my life happened. Gavin Young McMahan entered this world at 10:11pm weighing 9 lbs. 7.5 oz and 21.75 inches long. I still remember his first cry, it brought tears to my eyes. I never knew how much I could love one person until I became a mother. I would do anything to protect my son. John, you gave me the best gift of all, and I love you for that. I am so thankful for such a loving and caring husband and wonderful father. Happy birthday to my amazing son, Gavin! I love you more than words could ever express!
