Week 2 on Weight Watchers

My second week is done on weight watchers and I'm down another -2.4 pounds making my total weight loss -8 pounds in 2 weeks! I'll definitely take it. I went to the gym 5 days this week. I even tried the spinning class and that was pretty intense, but I finished. I also ended up with huge bruises in my inner thighs from it. So now, it's on to week 3!

Wow! Good for you Heather! I have been on the Adkins diet and walling just about everyday for the last three weeks. So far, so good...I have lost 7lbs. Keep up the good work!
